The item on the US housing crash and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac only mentioned the crashing of the sp's.It mentioned nothing of their recoveries.

They then led into an item on Sydney properties crashing.

Well how come the suburb I live in has had a 12% increase in the last year with few properties for sale in our area currently and any that do come up for sale last little more than 2 weeks.

When will these knobbs realise the property market is very regionalised in how it corrects.
