The BTT trials are related to the FDA requirements for the Ventrassist device to be approved under US gov. laws. These trials are conducted in the US hospitals only!!!

Your post is suggesting that there was a "12 patient BTT programme at Prince Charles Hosp, Brisbane using a LVAD device--VCR have confirmed the device is a Ventracor device".

Are the 12 patients you refer to for the BTT trial in the US? or, are these patients impalnted here is Oz??
