Thred negotiates with potential investor

Thred is negotiating with an Australian based technology services providers to make a strategic investment in Thred as part of the underwriters investment.
To allow negotiations to progress and conclude in a commercial manner, Thred has extended the closing date of the rights issue to January 24, 2017.
The strategic investor is a custom software and app developer wishing to invest in Thred's vision and product potential. The investment will be mutually beneficial, allowing both parties to work in tandem on the co-development of the Thred platform as it works through the necessary stages of commercialisation.
