It's a privately owned small niche software dev firm. Nothing wrong with that and it may be very valuable in the medium term.
THey must want early access to Thread so as to become the 'experts' in it within Australia. Interesting that they want to invest.....there must be something between THD and someone else that gives them huge confidence to invest.
