With fully owned CCZ leases at BHA extend from west to east. On the western end Cobalt Holdings (ASX: COB) is sitting with proven cobalt deposit.
CCZ leases are located on the eastern end with similar geological settings and huge sand deposits (nearly 30 m thick sand).
I don't know about sand deposits that might be scrutinized for Rare Earth Elements (RRE) at a later date. I don't know as Australian Govt is encouraging exploration of RRE due to supply shortages in chip manufacturing.......
Cobalt, Zinc and potential RRE..........
So, CCZ is a sleeping giant.......
