Yes it would lead to that I would assume if we happened to be as/more accurate.
Although it would take a bit of convincing from the old school doctors to use this as a diagnostic tool rather than just a screening test. Even if we were to win FDA clearance. One would think however after a few goes of the patients coming into the doctors office using the screening test then the doc referring the patient to get checked whether or not he / she had sleep apnea. If the end result always came back as being tested positive for sleep apnea then it wouldn't take long for the doctor just to continue using the app without any follow-up test... Try before you buy type mentality...
