chaos meeting call

As an investor and supporter of Heron since 2003 I am amazed that we are at this situation whereby a director of a company called 'Chaos' has even got the stage to call a meeting to call for the removal of an experienced and successful Chairman. I read the issues that Chaos raises and they seem to come from an almost naive investor rather than one who should know better. The issues on their own seem clearly to ignore the fact that commodity markets and financial markets have collapsed over the past 18 months.
They seem to think that that Heron had some sort of control over what decisions Vale make in their day to day multi-billion dollar business. This shareholder is well known to be a trouble maker for Heron and is clearly not in the interests of shareholders but is acting in his own interests. Having followed this stock since 2003 and had many meetings and discussions with Ian Buchorn and Matt Longworth, I strongly suggest that shareholders ensure that they get their voting papers off to Heron and vote against these ignorant and damaging issues that Chaos raises.
