    I think that when the same directors are involved in companies with the same pattern of demise, the problems become personal. Losing money on a business venture that has actually tried, and failed at the pointy end of market acceptance is one thing. Losing money to self benefiting directors is a whole different issue. And thats where the governance is poor...
