Lol it a joke. Chapman's good deal for right price as always looking to jump on next big deal. But next big thing won't be for sometime imo. Also company risks consolidation and another capital raising. They piling millions into subsidiary loans which they will prob do this quarter. On my numbers, they are short $1.14 million which they will need to raise to cover expected cash outflows. See how it goes. Maybe I'm wrong but directors putting in $250k each at 0.8 which is a third of there yearly salary. Don't forget this is after tax as well. So I'm caught on whether chapmans a good punt. I ended up deciding to sell as cons outweighed pros with balance sheet and timing.
