part of placement shares were issued yesterday $1.121mill. with another $879k up their sleeve (for a total of 346,050,000 shares) to issue. Current m.c $6.3 mill., last reported NTA was 0.068 = m.c. $20.4mill., so you would think fair value (after issue of all placement shares) is s.p of 0.059.
