Imo the company knows this and is giving the 'impression' that it still wants to be involved in UCG while it know's very well that they will not be persuing UCG at all imo.

How could they when they have sacked all their UCG staff? Not only Harkin's and O'brien but all their behind the scenes UCG project personel as well.

I was told by a now board member that they had hired a UCG guy who had involvement in Carbon Energy's project who knew a lot more than Harkins and co...only to find out Harkins and co had hired him previously and the current board couldn't sack him because he had left the previous company he was at to join CGE!

With Dr Michael Green being a contact of Harkins and O'brien you have to wonder what will be his involvement in this company now that they are not involved and he is no longer contracted to the company? And with the clear change in focus?

I invested in a UCG company primarily!
