I hate to sell it but I have some incredible real estate opportunities at the moment I need to take advantage of. No consignment, not a dealer or broker, I own the car.
Is this Ted's talk for I need to sell this as otherwise I am at risk of losing my house and my girlfriend will leave me?
Wants 1.75M USD for it, I can think of better deals than buying this for 1.75M which is why the car is still for sale months on (video was published 4 months ago) which I understand it is a small market pool but that great real estate deal and you needed to free up capital quickly you for a great deal you would be selling it for cheaper IMO as that great real estate deal can be sold to someone else if it is a great deal.
