Unfortunately we all know to well the history EN1 / CTV has in paying creditors, my guess is that administrators will need to haul Ted Dhanik into the US courts to reclaim the directors loans outstanding.
If administrators don't have enough money at their disposal it may get too hard to chase the monies owed to the company.
IMO Ted would be well aware of this.
