You miss the statements in the Annoucement, like any lawyer would tell you, you must read the Annoucement in its ENTIRETY.

There were a few options mentioned, including pulling out of Chapter 11.

Geee , overnight trade on the NAS , UNIS SP closed higher than that of the previous day ( prior to annoucement ) and @ 3. 577 mil traded, but that could be a short squeeze or not.
