As others have said....this imo is the business process of flushing shareholders down the drain whilst the company has a wipe, stands up and goes back about their business.
Good for remaining employees snd users that this will likley kick on....but there was no reason that holders needed to be left behind.
Ryan will probably give himself another 600k bonus
