Personally I don’t believe with the vision of doom and gloom. Post covid I actually foresee a market doom. The rich will get hell lot richer while the don’t haves will still get by imo.
I do like how Jimmie put the perspective that this debt restructuring business is positive and helping people and society while making money. Will properly prices drop in Australia like crazy? I think quite the opposite. With more money floating around, the value of money will decrease and as a result asset prices will inflate (why the rich will get richer)
The only real hindrance to this foreseeable boom market is aggressive interest rate growth and I personally cannot see that happen anytime soon.
