It seems these fellow posters cannot quite grasp that Grimaldi Barnes and Roberts among others sat around a table with both their Nicu and CHM caps on.
It is alleged they wanted to strengthen Nicu up and do the iron ore deal at the expense of CHM and then bury CHM
Posters are asking where is the paperwork etc but the bottom line is once you are wearing two hats I am guessing you cannot do the alleged transactions and the aggrieved party has certain remedies under law.
If the parties who carry out the alleged transactions are also responsible for the paperwork and trail this I assume forms part of the case in terms of what actually happened in terms of cash and shares issued versus what was documented.
