I do not think this is how a DOCA works but I think its time to let the lawyers work through all of this as all we are doing is discussing points of law that I doubt anyone fully understands.
As to the reference about manipulating the share price, I do not care about day to day fluctuations as I am patient to stay atround and see what becomes of the case.
Also the reference about just joining is correct as I was searching for information about CHM on internet and HC came up. It was the most active forum on CHM/MMX
Easiest way to follow was to join.
Still think given who holds large positions in CHM that they have to find an overall solution to exit so wont be "pump and dump"
