What I was saying is, as far as I can remember, the company themselves claimed that the missing money was held by Zenith who didnt come up with it initially. They were then going to purchase the copper mine in chile with the missing $3(?) mill and clear up their end of the bargain.
Now.....CHM are claiming the money was lent/given or whatever to NiCu which they subsequently used to aquire Winterfall (Iron Jack / Crosslands).
So my question is, which story is true, the new or old. There is a good chance considering the way things were done previously that the new story is actually the correct one.
I didnt buy any CHM shares until I read the SOC in full.
Its all interesting.
