What do you know of Ben Elias since his league days. My little research shows he has amassed a considerable fortune in property investment and development.
CHM although sitting on some residual tenements is about the MMX claim and as the letter to ASX explains from CHM I am guessing they believe his skill set adds to their resources.
In general terms and to continue the debate on this there is reference to the missing $3 million and unpaid loan to a certain person by other posters.
The quantum I estimate of CHM claim taking into account AH options is of such a size that if the CHM deed of company arrangements was set aside these creditors would be chicken feed.
The poster concerned about this lady should therefore side with new CHM and try and get her paid given his/her concerns for this lady dudded it appears by the other defendents in the case.
As to missing $3 mil MMX should ask their co-defendents this as well as it appears that is what ASIC is chasing them for.
