Did a ASIC company search on Chargre Resources today.....turns out that it is a $1 company set up/registered with ASIC on 20/10/08, with a single registered director/secretary/beneficiary by the name of Mark Griffith West of Wantirna. Vic.
Apart from the " 201C Application For Registration as a Proprietary Company " nothing else was lodged with ASIC as of 3/11/08 am.
Does this look fishy or what
