    SP the IO mines were unable to be sold without shareholder approval, because they are the principal asset of the company.

    Overall, the core problem seems to be he (PT) let it get to this stage. He kept talking up business deals that never eventuated.

    It's a disaster and he needs to resign. He can go and hang out with his Opes mates.
