The issue is that Charge Resources is a private company formed just over 10 days ago.The ownership of the company is not subject to any public scrutiny, they have no phone or fax number.
This company has just purchased the most significant asset of ADY for an amount which equates to about 2 years of production of a resource which has a life of several hundred years.
The owners of Charge Resources have purchased the asset for a song.!
Who the owners are is a VERY relevant question!!
