I don't think he will "get caught". I've seen this sort of things before done by characters I used to write software for. Not once, but multiple times by the same people. They even robbed their own employees of their savings AND entitlements AND long term service leave.

These type of people stop at nothing.

PT never had the shareholders interest at heart (except his own). Yesterday's action leaves little doubt.

I expect charge resources to on-sell in due course, with PT and/or his mates taking a few hundred mil profit. They won't have to report anything being a private company.

It's legal and there st&ff all we can do about it.

If he did spruik he will get caught this time , the sooner he goes the better. We would be better off if they could just sell all the io assets and divide that up and pay us shareholders something more than 2.5 cents. It's gotta be worth a few hundred mill doesn't it? Not in a fire sale ofcourse. Lets say one of the chinese get the lot for what it would cost them to buy 4 million tonnes or 1 years worth at full production. I'm sure these things are being discussed especially when we are in this position. If we got an offer of 25 cents per share who honestly would say no? not me thats for sure.
