charging to zero

My favourite stock, not. When you build a carriageway that is more expensive per kilometre than the Chunnel, but for no apparent reason, it gets me thinking. Is this arrangement in the interests of shareholders, banks, or contractors?

Imo it wont get to 0.1 cents a share again, else a stack of would be Boltons will be lining up to close up the BCS shop, unless the contractors pay for the votes to protect their lovely little deal. Hopefully there will be a bit more solidarity if this happens.
