yes - the units are down to 15c - and watso had a quick look at the last announcement, and is not too certain what it means - except that it could be that those who did not pay the previous installment may not be pursued on the basis of "best endeavors".. if that is the case, then those who paid the installment, will be kicking themselves (but hey, watso might be completely wrong)
