This stock has some real momentum now and rumours are flying thich & fast about Insto's wanting to take some real positions but limited stock being available. Insto's will now need to start paying beyond 60cents to get a decent stake. They know the value is there in ISP businesses as evidenced through CTI's only other listed rival IINET which has gone ballistic over recent months. Evidence of CTI's value is that it has 120k ISP customers and $25mln market cap whereas IINET has 150k customers & mkt cap exceeding $100m, do the sums, CTI look very cheap in comparrison with a full years revenues from recent acqusitions will see profit double as stated by the company.

Any insto buying will see this run hard as there is no real amount of stock to buy on market.
