It seems quite clear to me that the bet was on a deal for Anteo, that was material to their revenue.
Hmoo4 states specifically "a commercial deal"
It was to exlude any HOT or MOU.
Now we can argue with semantics all day, but I am pretty sure the agreement with IMRA would not be considered a commercial deal.No revenue created, in fact the opposite with expenses being incurred on the joint collobaration"
The market certainly agrees with AndyBoi.
Also there was no agreement that the winner would also pay $1000 to a charity, though Hmm004 generously agreed to pay another $1000 to his charity, should he win.
Trying to shame and ridicule AndyBoi into donating $1000 into Hm004 's own charity of choice, after losing the bet, is I believe without honour.
