oly charity i give to is mission australia. not sure what amount gets to the kids/adults but it struck as one of the only charities that seems to have a focus on kids in particular and trying to get them off the street or out of abusive homes. 50/mth. never get any calls from any other charity. they have my phone number, email and home address and i get no hassle from anyone else. on another note my uncle died of cancer years ago. the family made a donation to the cancer council or whatever they are called. they immediately sent a letter back saying thanks can we have some more.
