Yes he did suggest some numbers but for the DOW of course as he is American. Can't remember them sorry.
He was basically saying that using previous data is how he predicted the top (dec 07) and demise (Feb/Jan 08) and was basically predicting that 2 or 3rd week Nov is the buy signal....so reading into that I guess we must have had or are near the bottom....
I certainly don't know but thought it was giving hope to all those that have struggled through the last few months....
