Well put.
I have been trying to put that across for some time.
We do not know enough about the plan changes that are being put into motion by SDL.
Too many variables about other infrastructure that could be built such as steel mills.Other parties that could use SDL infrastructure such as rail,port,mine infrastructure including Itabirite beneficiation,slurry pipeline if others want to send their Itabirite to port.
If others are using SDL rail to send their DSO to port,I think a slurry pipeline will be a must have in the future.
SDL have said the present set up being planned for sending DSO to port by rail will handle 50Mtpa.What about the 100Mtpa being spoken of.
Will SDL look to take a stake in other iron ore companies in return for rail and port use?
If The Cameroon Government take up the 25% share stake in SDL,will the Government favour SDL in any dealings with other iron ore companies seeing SDL are likely to be owning/running the rail and port?

Too many variables to predict prices or share structure.
