If you look at the top five listed shareholders you will see that they are all nominee companys..Between them they hold over 50% of the ordinary listed shares in AGO..
Nominee Co's hold on behalf of the actual owners who do not wish, for all kinds of reasons,to be publicly identified..
Probably/possibly there is already a substantial Chinese/Indian (?) presence among those "nominees".
