Its quite possible that you are correct however my previous post was more about what Atlas may or may not do or have up its sleeve as options. I provided an example of one option that could be available to Atlas and that is for example the option of a cross holding with a similar sized company in the same space. After all the communications coming from Atlas up till now is that they want to build a great Australian company, I cant seem them just raising up a white flag to an unwanted unsolicited low ball bid especially if it comes from China or India.
