Well i remember that interview with Flannigan who said he was very open to a take over bid, as long as it was at $30 a share! If we get a low ball bid he will fight it and fight hard as he can. There is some Singaporian influence on the board from what i remember. Fact is I think sellng out the farm for 4.50 is cheap and not even comming close to some of the potential that is waiting to be unlocked by these guys. They run a very successful business and they are very skilled at it, I don't want to see them fall to anyone. I want them to bed down this rail deal (I suspect we are heading slowly to critical mass with tonnage) and get this company cranking!
Takeover would be bad bad news, especially if it had any aspect what so ever in script, would probably not even accept BHP or RIO script either but definantly not script in China Inc, ala Wam Sham.
