40% seems to be a good rule of thumb offering for many TO's these days. that would take AGO to $4.7 or thereabouts based on current stock value.
that's a long way short of valuations DF has previously mentioned. i always take these with a grain of salt but that said, DF has never said anything to suggest he wants to be anywhere but MD of AGO.
