Thanks .. I only skimmed the article for any mention of HGO.

Stephen Bartrop is a fair picker of stocks. He lives nearby to me and I used to play tennnis against him and talk stocks. He has worked for a number of the large brokerages like JP Morgan as a base metals specialists, and then went to fat Prophets for a while and now setup Limestreet capital with others. He also for many years ran a website on base metals and had an email address of "Basemetalguru". I think he originally trained as a geologist. If he is picking HGO that's not a bad rcommendation given his long experience (he'd be in his fifties so over 30 years experience as a base metals specialist).... IMHO.
