    Thnaks for the kind wishes,Yes, BHP in theory is the only logical and possible regulatory bidder for WPL.
    $40 + $12 Takeout premium is a possible outcome.
    However at Mid $45 + $13 + $58 would not be good for BHP's share price.
    BHP cannot afford to fail!
