Speaking out about racism may reinforce how abhorrent it is and further reduce its acceptability. Like Charlie Teo, my kids are also Eurasian and I would be very pissed if they were subject to racist abuse. You can do nothing about the colour of your skin.
And for the poster who mentioned Islam, discrimination against religions is not racism. Bigotry perhaps, but you choose a religion you don't choose a skin colour.
