This is really very very big, and I have same view as you, this project possibly be company making project if the SS result is bullish, as my understanding from other experienced rare earth expert, this kind of alluvial rare earth separation cost is super low, so it may be proved even better than IAC REE. Looking forward to see the SS result, this maybe 100 baggers now.
