Take a look at Scoping study at 2013, the JORC resource need to be updated to 2012, the updated figure for this project will be super bullish imo, even based on 2013 version,
The IRR is 39.4% and NPV is A$302mil, ENV's market cap at least should be traded at 10% - 20% of NPV, which should be around A$30mil - $60mil merely based on Charley Creek Rare Earth Project. A lot of potential to go upside now.
