A quick Google search will tell you what you need to know. Rare Earths are more difficult to recover than Lithium, so there's less risk of oversupply.
Alot of explorers, alot of resource discoveries but most of these won't make it to production at current prices. We'll be lucky if even 1 - 2 of the ASX listed REEs are in production within 24 - 36 months.
Hence the challenge is to find the next Lynas....
I will agree with the comments above, DYOR about rare earths. All the information is published online and HotCopper has posted an article that answers all your questions.
