My experiecne would suggest that these companies haven't even got to the point of developing a satisfactory stable commercial formulation. Further, no matter how good (or natural) the product, you must have regulatory approval before marketing. Thats years away.

Its true that announcements will make the share price move about but it is licence revenue that is needed.
