Considering that covers the time of the failed African venture and a completely different board of directors, it's rather misleading to hold that up as any kind of indication for the future.
It was essentially a completely distinct and different company back then.
For the same reason we shouldn't be bothered by the failed venture in the past, we also shouldn't hold up past share prices as evidence it can go higher; we cannot have it both ways!
