The handle is formed off the rounded bottom and in relation to it. So it's more important in my opinion that the handle forms over a 1-2 week period. I suppose on a percent scale, you wouldn't want it over 50%. I'd like them in the above time scale and around the 35% mark. But that's not a hard and fast rule. It's the rounded bottom (cup) that takes priority.
