Flyboy, sometimes our true thoughts get lost in translation in written format, my (OF COURSE!) was stated tongue in cheek, it's quite clear that if the Final BFS was complete (and how would Nkwe and Xstrata be in negotiation otherwise) then it should be released to the market as Listing Rule 3.4 (1), (2) & (3) provisions must ALL be satisfied for continuous disclosure exemptions to apply and that obviously isn't the case.
