These are all self fulfilling prophecies.

There are new kids on the block and it's call trading the traders. Probably exactly what has happened here.

Everyone spruiking about trading patterns all doing the same thing setting stop losses and causing exactly what you have stated an avalanche of stops being triggered.

What a joke and I give today's trading as exhibit "A"

You all need to read a little more on how these systems breakdown how sometimes it works and how sometin=mes it doesn't. It's all hit and miss.

Today has nothing to do with trading today has more to do with people getting sucked into setting there stops like good little trading munchkins that they are and being most likely stopped out.

As I said baa.
