    I understand that Directors cannot buy within a certain time of an announcement being made, however, how can you say for certain as to when a BTA will be signed? If it is true that they are finalising BTAs I would assume that the deals could be done at any point in time. On the flipside, management have been saying that they have are in the process of finalising BTAs of a couple of years now
