Chart Action, page-50

IMCO it is one of those moments where the market reaction doesn't quite match the announcement. However it does match the TA and my wave count (i ii iii iv v for wave 1 up). Therefore a wave 2 ? down logically would have to follow.
The question is when market participants come to their collective senses, establish the bottom for wave 2 ? and take today's positive announcement for what it is? Obviously we have to shake out some day traders at the same time of which some probably have already been burned.
