That is a weekly chart that he is showing. Depending on your type of trading you need to look at the TA that is shown. Personally i think it will break that downtrend as a lot of factors have changed Fundamentally since the High indicated on the Weekly.

As Per 10 Cents Chart i am confident in a leg up. but it is always good to see other charts as you do need to consider the big picture. I'm confident for a break of the down trend but i guess we have to wait and see.
