    Might just be a management buy-out coming guys. Trash the business and pick up the pieces on the cheap by under-performance and letting the ridicule roll. Why would they care? Their reputation's in tatters anyway.

    And the ASX watchdogs are about as helpful and useful as the proverbial t's on b.

    How do you make a million AU$? Give the directors of CTO thirty and they'll manage it OK. Takes some talent of course.
